13-Year-Old With Special Needs Makes Entire Audience Laugh With Original Comedy Song On Britain’s Got Talent

Dante Marvin, 13, wowed the judges and the crowd on Britain’s Got Talent with his creative performance.

Dante Marvin is a teenage contender with brittle bone disease who has already received the Pride of Britain award, but the judges awarded him a standing ovation for his performance on Sunday night.

Judge Amanda Holden broke the ice by asking him his name and commenting on how much she liked the name Dante. She then inquired about his age and if he should have been in school at the time, as well as whether he informed them that he was auditioning for BGT.

Dante explained that he was playing a song about his illness that he created during the lockdown, which included jokes about BGT judge Simon Cowell.

“I’m just 13 years old,” the amusing lyrics read. I’ve fractured a total of 97 bones. My second home is the hospital. But all I want to say is, don’t feel sorry for me because you’re in pain. While you’re still in line, I get to ride the rides at Disneyland.”

“I’ve been to Buckingham Palace, I’ve ridden up and down,” he added. Watching The Crown is the closest you’ll get. I’ll be getting in first with my lovely little ramp while you’re waiting for your train in the cold and rainy.”

The judges and audience, however, couldn’t stop laughing at the following lyrics: “When I got my new wheels, they looked so great.” “Last birthday, I blew out 13 candles, Simon had 62,” he sang, before adding, “I was thrilled like Simon when he got his new face.”

What witty lyrics from a child who doesn’t want anyone to feel sorry for him or his situation. Dante Marvin is a fantastic role model for everyone who has a disability. “There are no impairments, only abilities,” he said. Bravo!
