“He was just a little puppy when we bought him and I felt the urge to share that special moment with my daughter,” she said. “I started taking pictures of him and my daughter and it became an addiction.” she said.

“I call it magical realism,” she explained. “It’s a childhood project that I’ve been working on for so long. I feel like every kid needs a furry friend. You can learn a lot when you have a furry creature at home, and it can keep a child alive in you no matter how old you are. And it is that childhood that I project through all my work.”
