The couple requested that their church’s marriage group join them in prayer. That’s when Joshua Matthews got in touch with me.

Joshua is an apprentice electrician who lives around 10 minutes away from Stacy and Josh. He first met the pair when his wife became ill and they arrived at his house with food.

Joshua certainly has the heart of a servant. He previously served his nation as a soldier, serving with the 45th Infantry Division on two missions in Afghanistan. But he also gives back to his friends, church, and community whenever he can.

As a result, when he heard about Stacy and Josh’s dilemma, he called out and volunteered to come check at their heater.

Unfortunately, the heating issue was a symptom of a larger electrical issue.

Josh and Stacy’s house was built in 1945. And the antiquated electrical wiring caused a slew of issues.

The electric provider examined the couple’s meter and determined that the original problem posed a serious fire risk. As a result, they turned off the couple’s electricity until the matter could be resolved.

The problem was that Stacy and Josh lacked the funds to pay for the repairs. But God has already devised a strategy!

Stacy and Josh were put up in a motel by church members. kind-hearted electrician, on the other hand, Joshua Matthews worked on their house for days before the problem was fixed. And he didn’t do it all for free!

A Couple Of Tracks Are Electrically Returning To Their Home

Stacy and Josh were able to return home thanks to Joshua’s generosity. As a result, the couple joined up with a local TV news station to prevent Joshua from returning to their home. This time, though, they had a surprise in store for him!

Joshua mistakenly believed he was returning to the Lemonds’ home for an inspection. Stacy and Josh, on the other hand, wanted to give him a $400 Pay t 4Ward reward!

Stacy gave Joshua with the gift while in tears, telling him how appreciative they were for his kindness.

And it’s touching to observe Joshua’s humble reaction to the surprise. You can see he volunteered with no expectation of receiving anything in return. More people like him are definitely needed!
