A girl born without arms gets a puppy without a paw so that she would not feel lonely and know that there are others in the world who lack upper limbs.

2-year-old Ivy and puppy Lucky are now best friends.

Her mother Vanessa was in the 19th week of pregnancy when the doctors realized that the baby would not have arms, so they advised her to terminate the pregnancy.

“It’s hard for me to think that if we had listened to the doctors, she would not be here. “I love everything that is different about her, so I encourage people not to see flaws as something sad or unfortunate, but as something to be celebrated.” said mother.
