7Yo Model With Down Syndrome Is Taking The Global Fashion Industry By Storm

Grace Isabella Wharton, despite being born with Down Syndrome, has already made a name for herself as an ambitious child model at the juvenile age of seven.

The cute Cheshire girl has already become a role model for many children, particularly young girls, encouraging them to embrace their unique shape, size, and skill.

Grace may be young, but she already has an outstanding modeling resume, which includes work for Disney and CBeebies.

She also starred in the “Behind The Scars” diversity campaign.

Grace’s parents, Cheryl and John Wharton, had a difficult time when she was born, despite her lucrative modeling career.

Grace’s parents were first distraught when they learned she would be born with Down Syndrome. Abortion, on the other hand, was never an option for the couple.

Cheryl told the Daily Mail, “Of course, I was crushed at first.” “There’s a lot of misinformation about Down Syndrome. She remarked, “I cried for 24 hours.”

“But the next morning, we got up and said, ‘This is our baby, no matter what.'” We’ve just been celebrating everything about her since then. Cheryl said, “She is fantastic.”

Grace may have Down Syndrome, but she is just like any other young girl who enjoys dressing up and posing for photographs.

Cheryl responded to a Facebook posting for a model with a disability after realizing her daughter had a desire and interest in being in front of the camera.

“We noticed a Facebook ad looking for a model with a disability,” Cheryl explained.

“Why not?” we reasoned. “And then we were asked to Grace’s first formal photo session a few weeks later,” she added.

Grace was eventually offered more modeling opportunities after the photo shoot went well. Grace enjoys being in front of the camera, according to Cheryl.

“Everyone says she’s incredibly pretty, and she likes posing and flaunting her catwalk modeling skills.”

Since then, more companies, such as Disney and CBeebies, have expressed interest in Grace.

Zebedee Management currently represents the promising young model, along with 300 other disabled models.

Grace’s success is no surprise because she has a bright grin, is confident, and looks wonderful both on and off camera!
