There are three different sorts of ages. The amount of years you’ve lived is your chronological age; your biological age is your physical state; and your mental age is how “aged” your brain feels. Statistically, all of these ages in one individual frequently differ from one another.

13–20 marks:
You’re between the ages of 20 and 29. You’re energetic, creative, and full of life, yet you’re already a grownup.

You’re between the ages of 30 and 39. You’re still energetic and interested in new things, but you’re also responsible and considerate.
Points 29–35:
You’re between the ages of 40 and 49. These folks are mature and experienced, and they know how to live their life.
36–40 marks:
You’ve reached the age of 50. A knowledgeable and calm someone who understands life and values comfort.
