Simon Cowell’s Ex Sinitta Assures She’s Not Going To Miss Out His Wedding To Lauren Silverman

The singer of “So Macho” reveals that the British music executive and his fiancée haven’t set a wedding date yet after dating each other intermittently for three decades.

On AceShowbiz: A wedding date has not yet been selected by Simon Cowell. The “American Idol” judge’s close pal Sinitta maintained there are no set arrangements for a wedding with longtime partner Lauren Silverman in London, despite reports to the contrary.

Currently on a musical tour “Regarding Simon’s upcoming nuptials, Sinitta stated in Chicago, “A date hasn’t been determined yet; there haven’t been any invites sent out, either. But when it does, it’s going to be spectacular.”

The 58-year-old singer continued, “People were saying I’m going to miss it [while on tour], but I’m not. “I don’t know what to purchase him for a wedding gift. For the man who has everything, what do you buy?”

Sinitta dated Simon in the late 1980s, and because he’s such a fantastic dad already, she believes her ex-boyfriend will make a “great husband.” She stated: “He’ll be a wonderful husband. He is such a wonderful father. Eric is a genuine piece of the old block. He truly resembles Simon. He is just like him in every way, including his sense of humor and his demeanor. I adore seeing them interacting.”

The “So Macho” hitmaker, who shares ex-husband Andy Willner’s children Magdalena, 17, and Zac, 16, emphasized further that she doesn’t consider her connection with Simon to be in any way “weird.”

She revealed to Closer, “Some people think it odd that you can still be friends with your ex, but because we kept working together even after we split up and because we have so many mutual friends, we are more than just friends. We relate to one another more like siblings.”

Lauren was asked to marry Simon in December 2021. Eric, who is eight years old, is the couple’s child.
