Little Girl Writes Letter To ‘Dad In Heaven’ And Receives Incredible Response
For a family in Washington County, an amazing act of generosity performed by a stranger was just what they needed.
Travis Larson, Tami Avolia’s son, died in a shooting in 2017, only one week after learning he was going to be a father, according to Tami Avolia.
Milan, his 4-year-old daughter, misses him every day, and his family is unable to accept the fact that they will never see him again.
“He didn’t simply take my son,” Avolia explained. He kidnapped my dearest friend. He abducted his daughter’s father. “She never got the chance to meet him,” Avolia explained.
“We were celebrating the gender reveal party a week prior,” she continues. He was overjoyed that he was expecting a young girl.”
Avolia wanted to combine her son’s birthday celebrations with his daughter’s birthday celebrations in April, so she and Milan released ‘Happy Birthday’ balloons into the air and attached a note to them.
“She wrote him a note, which I interpreted as, “Happy birthday, daddy.” I’m in love with you. I’m missing you. And I never intended for you to leave. Best wishes on your special day. Avolia remarked, “Baby girl.”
“A few days later, I went to the mailbox and started pulling the package out and noticed that it was from ‘Daddy in heaven’ to ‘Baby Girl’ and just started screaming,” Avolia explained.
The balloons were discovered by a woman at her home in Brier Hill, according to a postal worker in Fayette County, and she sent a box to the mail to be sent to the family a few days later.
Her “Dad” addressed the present to “Baby daughter.” There was a message inside the gift that said, “I love your birthday present.” Thank you a lot. Daddy adores you, Mommy, and the rest of the family. Here’s a gift I designed especially for you. “I hope you enjoy them,” the note said.
Inside the parcel, Aviola and her family discovered three handcrafted Christmas ornaments. “I’m bringing you a kiss from heaven, and they’re Christmas tree ornaments.” Snowflakes are divine kisses. I adore you to death. “Dad,” the letter began.
“To witness the grin on her face when she got her gift from daddy in heaven was wonderful,” Avolia said of Milan’s reaction to seeing the package her father had brought her.
What a delightful surprise this was for Avolia, who expressed her gratitude by saying it gave her hope for the future in a world that seemed to be becoming worse by the day.
“I lost faith in humans after what I went through.” It was returned to them. I just want to express my gratitude to you, whomever you are. “I’d like to express my gratitude,” Avolia stated.
What a lovely gesture by this woman toward a family she had never met before. Let us learn to be compassionate and open our hearts to those who are mourning and suffering in our midst.
