Young Boy Calls 911 With Unusual Request, Wants Officer To Be His Friend As He Is Lonely

A child’s unique request to the police department has gotten the internet talking.

Officer Joe White of the Tallahassee Police Department responded to a 911 call placed by a child without his mother’s knowledge, according to the Tallahassee Police Department’s Facebook page.

So, when Officer White showed up on his doorway, the child wanted to be his friend since he was lonely.

Officer White then explained to the youngster how to use 911 and that it was only to be used in an emergency. He promised the youngster that he would be his friend forever.

He then gave him a stuffed animal and forced him to sit in the police car with Officer White.
