The First Married Couple In The World With Down Syndrome Is Inseparable Even After 29 Years

The first married couple with Down Syndrome who got married after 29 years is happy and inseparable! Garrett and Diana first met at their local center in Cumbria, England in 1981. At the time, Garrett was only 17 and Diana was 19.

Today, more than thirty years later, the couple is still very much in love and inseparable.

“Diana and I agree,” Garrett said. Diana revealed that the first thing that attracted her to Garrett was his bulging red hair.

“I thought he had ginger hair. I like ginger. He also had a beard then. Same red. “I have ginger-colored hair,” he said.

Garrett, on the other hand, says he was in high demand when he met Diana. “Before I met Diana, I had three girlfriends. “I chose the right one, and that is Diana,” he revealed to Metro. The cheerful couple first started out as two good friends.

Their families did not realize how serious things were between them until 10 years later.
