Great-great-grandmother, 92, Told She Only Has Weeks Left – Defies The Odds To Meet Her Namesake

This extraordinary pair has been married for 75 years and understands the value of family.

Kayla Tracy, the couple’s great-granddaughter, related their tale, which exemplifies real love and the excitement they both felt at the thought of holding a new baby.

Kayla’s great-grandfather served in WWII and lives by the slogan, “Work every day or you’ll be shorted one,” according to Kayla.

“This man is blind and has lost 90% of his hearing, yet he still works as a log slitter and feeds the fish in their pond on his 85-acre estate,” Kayla said.

They have seven great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren as a result of the couple’s three sons.

“It’s been 75 years,” Kayla added. These two lovebirds have been married for seventy-five years. There have been many ups and downs in those 75 years, as well as many laughter and good moments. They’re a Godly marriage through and through, and they’re constantly in church on Sundays,” says the narrator.

However, the family just got some tragic news. After her doctor indicated she was displaying indications of renal failure, Kayla’s great-grandmother, 92, was informed she only had three weeks to live.

Kayla claims that her sister opted to leave her work to care for her. Despite the fact that her sister was also pregnant at the time, she took care of their great-grandmother until she went into delivery at 36 weeks.

“I just want to live long enough to see that baby girl,” Kayla’s great-grandmother would tell her. My great-grandmother was overjoyed when Magnolia Jean came! Jean Roper, especially because Magnolia is named for her.”

Kayla claims that her great-grandmother began to show indications of healing as soon as her sister delivered birth. The mother was preparing meals and doing household duties, eagerly anticipating the opportunity to hold her new great-great-grandchild.

The beautiful occasion was recorded on camera by Kayla, a professional photographer.

Kayla claimed her great-health grandmother’s improved after she was given the terrible prognosis nine weeks ago. The couple’s 75th wedding anniversary was recently celebrated. Kayla was there at the moment to photograph the two on their 85-acre estate.

“Taking these images is one of the main reasons I became a photographer,” Kayla Tracy, who owns Kayla Tracy Photography, said. It means everything to me to be able to stop these moments for my family and for them.”

“Every second I get, I like shooting them.” I consider myself extremely fortunate to have been able to capture such genuine affection. I can only wish for such affection with my hubby. I want everyone to see these pictures and realize that true love exists.”
