Homeless Man Throws Heartwarming Birthday Party For His Dog And The Internet Rallies To Help Him

When a homeless man was photographed trying to celebrate what appeared to be a great day for his dogs despite his lack of material possessions and a more comfortable location to do so, his life was instantly transformed.

Numerous things might make us happy. A homeless man named Choko José Luis Matos in Bucaramanga, Colombia, said that just witnessing one of his creatures celebrate their birthday in his own special way filled his heart with joy. Shaggy and Nenna are the names of Choko’s two dogs.

At first glance, the sight did not indicate that they were commemorating a particular occasion. But the fact that the dogs were wearing party hats had made it clear that the encounter would be unusually gratifying for the onlooker who recorded it.

Choko, the homeless man, put a party hat on one of the dogs and took a birthday cake out of his bag. A birthday cake would have cost a lot for someone who didn’t appear to have anything other than himself.

But despite his bad situation, he nonetheless threw his dog Shaggy at a birthday party. Then Choko sang his pets a sweet Happy Birthday while adding more candles to the cake he had purchased.

Before carving the cake for himself and his canine friends, Choko petted his two canines intermittently and kissed them on the cheeks. The owner of the dog was driven to tears and struggled to control his overflowing emotions as he munched on the birthday cake he must have worked so hard to pay for.

The onlooker asked Choko about what had occurred to them and his pets after the poignant moment. Unexpectedly, the three have found that all they have gone through thus far has been tragic.

“I was never by myself in all the years I spent living on the streets. My dogs have always been there to brighten many gloomy days, and now we will all work together to assist many people in need!” Choko stated in a conversation.

Someone even donated Choko a new phone as a gift so that he could start his own Instagram account and continue to inspire others with his and Nenna’s journey. On this page, he has uploaded images and videos of himself, Shaggy, and Nenna. There are currently more than 170,000 followers on Choko’s page.

It turns out that the moment they celebrated Shaggy’s 4th birthday is what the bystander’s footage of the event shows.

The location where they were shot at the time is now a popular hangout for local animal lovers. Choko, the brave man who rescued his dogs from an abusive situation, has stated his desire to establish an animal sanctuary to assist other people and puppies in need.
