Preschool Best Friends Find Each Other Again And Get Married 12 Years Later

Just ask Natalie and Austin Tatman; what is meant to be will always find a way. The couple’s story is pretty interesting.

The couple has known each other for 22 years, despite the fact that they have only recently become husband and wife. They shared a preschool class in Ocala, Florida, where their incredible love story first began.

Austin and Natalie become close as soon as they met. The two did everything together, including trick-or-treating and school field excursions.

She remembers the two spending a nice afternoon at Austin’s place baking Rice Krispie treats. When her parents took her up that day, Natalie was unaware that it would be the last time she would see her best friend for more than ten years.

Even though Natalie frequently questioned her mother about Austin throughout the years, the two never spoke or crossed paths. Reconnecting looked to be practically hard since she lived in Connecticut and he was in Florida.
Up until a crucial day in July 2012, that is. Natalie, now 17 years old, was searching through her family’s Connecticut house when she stumbled discovered a battered address book. She turned the letter T where she saw Austin’s name right away for some reason.

Inspired, Natalie did some online sleuthing, discovered Austin’s Facebook profile, and sent him a message. The two agreed to meet up when Natalie went to see her father in Florida a few weeks later after talking for a while.

When they first met, they discovered that spark they had as children was still present. Austin proposed after five years of dating and attending local colleges. On April 13, 2019, their fantastic love story came to an end with a fairytale wedding.

According to Natalie, “We simply naturally became great friends and our parents understood it,” she stated in an interview with People. When you’re that age, you don’t typically hang out with people of the opposite sex, so it’s unusual. However, we were always together from the time we were 2 until we were 5 years old.

Unfortunately, when Natalie’s parents separated when she was five years old, the two friends were wrenched apart.

She told People, “I recall the very last day I saw him, not knowing that I wouldn’t see him for nearly a decade. We prepared Rice Krispy treats in his parents’ home, which was her last memory of him before they split up, she recalled.

As Natalie grew older, she admitted that Austin was still on her mind. Natalie claimed that when she asked her mother about Austin when she was between the ages of 8 and 10, she would reply, “I’m sure if you remember him, he remembers you.” She said, “But I had no method of contacting him at the moment.

Natalie discovered years later that she might be able to track down her long-lost pal. She located her mother’s old phone book and began searching.

I went to his name out of all the names there even though I knew his last name began with a T; I still don’t understand why. This thing was packed, she said. “Oh my gosh, I remember him. As soon as I saw [his name and previous address], I felt like that. I need to find him on Facebook before I miss out on this opportunity, was the overpowering thought, Natalie recalled.

In July 2012, the two got back in touch, and they have been dating since since.
