Kim Kardashian Praises ‘Best Dad’ Kanye West on Father’s Day

On Father’s Day, Kim Kardashian praised her ex-boyfriend Kanye West on social media.

“Thank you for being the best father and loving our children so much!” On Sunday, the reality star, 41, captioned an Instagram Stories photo with the phrase “Happy Father’s Day Ye.”

The message was accompanied by a photo of the 45-year-old rapper smiling and posing with their three children: North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3 years old.

Skims’ creator also paid respect to her late father, Robert Kardashian, and her “best step dad,” Caitlyn Jenner, for raising her and her famous siblings with mom Kris Jenner.

“The kids asked me how I would celebrate with you today if you’re all the way up in heaven,” Kim captioned one of her images with Robert, who died in 2003 at the age of 59.

She says, “They had [sic] the cutest suggestions for me.” I miss you and love you unconditionally.”

As previously reported by Page Six, Kim filed for divorce from West in February 2021, after nearly seven years of marriage. They were declared legally single in March.

Kim has just moved on with Pete Davidson, a former cast member of “Saturday Night Live.” She and the comedian started dating after she hosted a sketch comedy show in October 2021. The two have been putting on the PDA since becoming Instagram-official in March.

During the early stages of their relationship, West couldn’t seem to hide his discontent with Kim’s new lover, routinely taking to social media to slam Davidson (called “Skete”) in since-deleted remarks.

The rapper slammed the 28-year-old “King of Staten Island” actor in the lyrics and music videos for his song “Eazy” alongside The Game.

The feud became so heated at one point that Davidson made screenshots of a text conversation he had with West concerning Kim and the kids (through his pal Dave Sirus) public.

“It’s Skete, dude,” says the narrator. Could you please take a few moments to unwind? “It’s 8 a.m. and it doesn’t have to be like this,” Davidson texted West in March.

“Kim is the most incredible mother I’ve ever met. “What she does for those kids is great,” he continued, “and you’re so f–king lucky that she’s your kids’ mother.”

“I’ve decided that I’m not going to let you treat us this way any longer, and I’m not going to be silent any longer.” narrates the narrator.
